About My Practice
Living room with wood flooring, a gray armchair, a wooden side table with gold decorative objects, a stone fireplace, and a brick accent wall. There is a wooden doorway framing the view into the adjoining room.

Based in Glenora, Edmonton, my practice is intentionally small, allowing me to provide clients with thoughtful attention, direct communication, and a calm and welcoming environment.

A cozy living room corner with a brown leather sofa, a light green high-back armchair, a wooden side table with colorful puzzles, and a wooden desk with a lamp, a plant, and some children's books. There is a window and a door with wooden frames, and hardwood flooring.

Experienced, Evidence-Based Psychological Care

My therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I have been a Registered Psychologist since 2008 and am a member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta, with over 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

Helping Young People Build Resilience

I am passionate about helping young people grow, build resilience, and develop strong emotional well-being. With a background in both biological sciences and psychology, I bring scientific insight together with genuine care to create a therapeutic experience that is both professional and deeply personal.
